Risk Management
All of the attorneys in the Office of General Counsel work closely with the University's Risk Manager to minimize and avoid risk in a variety of matters and to ensure compliance with University policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, and guidelines established by the State of Utah Division of Risk Management.
